The Commission Volunteers Palestinian Red Crescent / Far'a refugee camp in line

Volunteers prepare for the Palestinian Red Crescent in the Far'a refugee camp and one of the committees of the volunteer work PRCS deployed in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, where Founded in 1997 m and increased activity in in 2001 for the development of the Committee in several aspects, including increasing the number of volunteers and their desire to raise the level of implementation of the Commission achievements in all sincerity and responsibility   On 3 / 9 / 2003 by the People's Committee for the services Fara camp embrace these actions by giving volunteers an office building in the People's Committee to facilitate their work and activities of humanitarian and medical and psychological services provided to the people of the camp.
Committee includes significant proportion of volunteers and Coordinator of the Volunteer Fara camp, which was elected by the volunteers, how the volunteers include specialists in several areas, including:
Disaster management and crisis.
  Awareness of the remnants of war.
  International humanitarian law
  Ambulance.
  Search for missing.
  Department of summer camps.

Activities provided by the Commission on Volunteers Fara camp:
1. First aid in the days of the Israeli invasion of the camp, sports and all

     circumstances.
2. Campaign school bag for needy students, where the Commission to collect

     contributions from the owners of shops to buy school bags distributed to      the poor and needy children of the camp.
3. Establish collective breakfast during the month of Ramadan.
4. The establishment of summer camps and recreational and days open to the

     children of the camp, which aims to discover talents and capabilities, as

      well as developing and unloading psychological among participants.
5. Embrace many training sessions for volunteers from courses in the basics

    of volunteer work and computer courses and courses in first aid and others.
6. Days medical establishment to assist the sick man of the camp, in

    collaboration with specialized doctors and medical action committees.
7. Revival of all religious events and official institutions and the community.
8. Ceremonies honoring several occasions (graduation guideline, International

    Women's Day, on Mother, the top graduate schools in the camp of Fara,

     competitions and cultural Ramadan)
9. Awareness campaigns in many areas, including (awareness of the remnants

    of war and mine awareness in the field of environment and many diseases

    and many of the themes).
10. The participation of all institutions and their activities in the camp and the

      surrounding areas.

Aspirations:
